Traditional Pork Sausages (400g)

Made in small batches by hand by Richard, these sausages are finished using a hand stuffer, giving greater control over texture, fill and consistency. It’s a slower process, but one that produces a better sausage.

It’s taken us a long time to get these just right. Having lived in Lincolnshire for many years — where sausages are taken seriously — we’re fussy about what makes a good one. These are our traditional pork sausages: properly meaty, well-seasoned and made to let the pork speak for itself.
