
Valhalla Croft is a 1.4-acre croft on a mission to stop our food being sent down the road. Now in our second year, we are steadily expanding what we can produce and deliver. We work closely with other local crofters to bring you more of the best produce — whether it’s outdoor pork from Lybster, wild boar from Alness, venison from nearby estates, beef from Muie, or Iron Age pigs from near Rogart. We’re here to bring change. As the Market Garden Institute says: “Lets replace mass-production, with production by the masses.” That’s the kind of food system we’re building — local, seasonal, and community-led. Grow slow.
