Our Iron Age pigs are raised outdoors and grown slowly, producing proper pork with fantastic flavour.

And when we say local pork, we mean actually local. These are pigs we've seen as piglets, helped feed and watched grow up. Pigs that have lived outdoors, grown at their own pace and had a good life.

And you can see that in the pork. That slower growth gives them a beautiful layer of fat — the kind that turns into crisp, golden crackling, while keeping the meat underneath juicy, tender and full of flavour.
