Lamb quarter box

Our lamb box comes from a trusted supplier near Nigg, where the sheep roam on open pastures and are reared with real care. These are animals that have lived well, and it shows in the flavour — tender, juicy, and proper lamb.

Each box is a little different because lambs, like all animals, aren’t one-size-fits-all. A typical 4–5kg box might include:

500g lamb mince

500g diced lamb

4 chops

2 gigot chops

1kg roast

1 boned and rolled flank or a shank
