Jalapeño & Mature Cheddar Venison Sausages

Our venison sausages with a bit of a kick.

Proper Highland venison mixed with fresh jalapeños and mature cheddar — a little heat from the chilli, richness from the cheese and plenty of flavour from the venison.

As they cook, the cheddar melts through the sausage while the fresh jalapeño gives you just enough heat without overpowering everything else.

Great on the BBQ, in a roll, or simply with chips and a fried egg when you want an easy dinner.
