Veg Box

Our veg boxes are a little snapshot of the croft, filled with the very best of what’s growing here and what we can source from elsewhere while we build up our own growing systems. We’re obsessed with soil health, nurturing the land, and learning how it works — every bed, every row, every seed. Some weeks we grow most of the box ourselves; other weeks we top it up with Scottish and UK-grown vegetables we know and trust. No two boxes are the same — that’s the point. The seasons, the land, and the weather all have their say, and your box will reflect that. You might get potatoes, savoy cabbage, Jerusalem artichokes, swede, carrots, leeks, cauliflower — a mix of sturdy, humble vegetables and a few surprises that make cooking at home a joy. Each vegetable is chosen for flavour, texture, and how good it is to cook and eat. Roast it, mash it, stew it, or nibble it straight from the box — this is proper, seasonal, honest veg, made to be enjoyed. Sold fresh.
